How We Support Families

Our Work

We provide thoughtful, high-level consultation for children, adolescents, and young adults with complex developmental, behavioral, and educational needs. We help families make sense of where they are and plan intentionally for what comes next. Our work is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of each child:

  • In-depth review of IEPs, evaluations, and progress data

  • Analysis of behavior and executive functioning

  • Transition planning (ages 12–22+)

  • Strategic school collaboration

  • Ongoing parent advisory support

Services may be provided independently or in coordination with school and community teams.

Transition-Focused Advisory

Planning for adulthood doesn’t begin at 18—it begins now.

We specialize in guiding families through the transition years (12–22+), integrating:

  • Academic access and meaningful participation

  • Executive functioning development

  • Behavioral readiness for real-world settings

  • Vocational exploration and skill-building

  • Postsecondary and pathway planning

  • Independent living skills with real-world training

Every recommendation is made with the future in mind so that the supports in place today lead to greater independence and opportunity tomorrow.
